• Corporate training: To prepare proposals, deliver training, produce post-training reports, and manage the relationship with the corporate client.
• Marketing communications: To send you information about new programmes, offers, and AI skills content — where you have opted in or where we have a legitimate interest based on an existing relationship. You may opt out at any time.
• Improving our services: To understand how our programmes are used, identify areas for improvement, and develop better training for future students.

• Student programme records (enrolment, attendance, certificates): Retained for a minimum of 3 years after programme completion to support certificate verification and programme history.
• Payment records: Retained for 6 years in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
• Communication records (emails, WhatsApp messages): Retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction, or longer if required for ongoing business relationship management.
• Marketing contact data: Retained until you opt out of communications, after which your preference is recorded and communications cease within 10 business days.
• Website analytics data: Retained in anonymised or aggregated form for ongoing analysis. Raw visitor data is typically retained for up to 26 months by analytics platforms.

• Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook): Our presence on these platforms is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy. We do not control data collected by these platforms.

SkillsVerse programmes are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 without the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
